Cache Age is a useful tool for determining how often Google is visiting your site and updating their data.

If the Cache Age of a site is generally low then it is likely that Google is visiting your site quite often. If the Cache Age is higher then Google is visiting your site less often.

This information can be found in the SEO Competition Module, under the CA column.

To check your site's Cache Age, click 'Add Custom URLs' and enter your URL.
