Hello to all! We're very pleased to announce the return of Noble Samurai forums.
There are a few ground rules to mention - common sense for most people:
We plan to offer lots of help here, but that doesn't mean our Email support is going away. But this can be a good place to exchange tips, advice, and stories about not just our products, but SEO and online marketing in general.
Enjoy!

Oh yeah - we're not 100% sure if this is the final layout for the forums yet! Mainly we're focused on keeping the Email support site of things stable, so until the dust clears from this switchover, consider these forums experimental and liable to be changed, renamed or removed without notice...
Hi, I want to ask you about market samurai. When I begin to work with this program I get a problem with generate keywords ar analyze keiword when i press keywords analyze or ganerate them this program stop working " market samurai has stopped working" why ?
Hi Elvinas - the best way to get support is still just Emailing support@noblesamurai.com - but it sounds like you're running an outdated version of Adobe AIR. Try going to http://get.adobe.com/air and downloading AIR v3.0. If this doesn't clear up your crashing, let us know!
"The application could not be installed because the AIR file is damaged. Try obtaining a new AIR file from the application author" I get this message and can't install the trial version!
I have checked the Knowledge Base and carried out the steps indicated. Adobe Air is on Version 3.0 now and the instructions on your website refer to version 1.0 or above, is there an incompatibility issue? The knowledge Base says "So far, we have not been able to duplicate the issue" and continues to say "Topic is closed for comments".
Meanwhile there is a message on your site saying "Time you have to act before the price increase:... 6 Days 6 Hours 43 Minutes 13 Seconds" the clock is counting down and I would like to try your software.
Hi there TS - we strongly recommend all our users run Adobe AIR v3.0. I don't see where on our site we still mention v1.0 of AIR - I thought we changed it but it's possible we missed one! Regardless, the best thing to do is to submit a support request using support@noblesamurai.com and we'll be able to deal with the issue more directly than I can here in a discussion area.
Don't worry about the countdown - let's get the problem sorted out first, and if you elect to buy the software afterwards, we'll make sure you can get the best price!
