Difference between Trial and Full version

The trial version of Market Samurai is identical to the full version - the only difference is in how your account is listed in our servers.

After the trial expires, only the Keyword Research and Domains modules remain functional, as they are free for anyone to use.  (these modules are also available in the free Domain Samurai product)

You get the same support and updates as a paid customer while you're in a trial.  Even after your trial, if you decide not to pay, updates and support remain free!

A paid customer gets access to all features of Market Samurai forever, with no charges for updates or techsupport.  Heavy users of the Rank Tracker module may need to pay a small monthly fee - see the Rank Tracker section of the Knowledge Base for details.

My paid version says "Beta".  Is that the "Full" version?

Yes, it sure is!  Our software is still marked as "Beta" only because we're not quite done adding features to it.  The paid version is identical to a trial version - it's also marked Beta - and you get the same service and support, as well as the same free updates.

Even if you don't pay, you can still use the Keyword Research and Domains modules free forever (including support and updates).  That's basically what the free Domain Samurai offering consists of, by the way.  Hope this helps!

What if both computers that have Market Samurai in our households fail (let's say hard drives crash and we have to reformat the hard drive/change the hard drive, etc. and reinstall the operating system). Can we re-download and re-install market samurai with existing user name and password? Or would we be requested to repurchase the software?  Also, do you plan on making it available via a web, on a web server, instead of a download?

Hi Nadia - if you're not able to "Deactivate" your old copies (using the button in the Settings menu) before reinstalling, you may have to log into your account athttps://noblesamurai.com/account/login and reset your activations.  We don't track anything about your computer or its location so Deactivation is the only way our servers can know you're taking a copy out of service!  Once you've done that you should be able to reinstall without problems.

As for making the program available as a web service, we are planning to move in that general direction - getting away from being tied to the Adobe AIR platform and moving things to a more flexible sort of structure.  To that end we're already moving some of the processing Market Samurai does off your machine and onto our cloud services infrastructure.  But fully separating from Adobe AIR is something which will take a very long time - I can't guess how long, but it's not going to happen this year and I'd be a little surprised if it happened next year too!

Hi Susan - you can get your registration details by logging into your account as I described above, or by sending an Email to support@noblesamurai.com - I can't post them here...

Hope this helps!
